Gambrinus Honey Malt
Well suited for use in brown ale and strong ale, among others.Honey malt is the best description for European malt known as ‘Brühmalz’. Its intense malty sweetness makes it perfect for any specialty beer. This highly versatile, multifaceted malt brings flavors of honey, bread crust, toast, pretzel, grain, and a hint of tartness. Rahr Malted Oats
Rahr Malted Oats is your go-to for adding foam stability and a creamy texture to beer. Ideal for juicy or hazy IPA, stout, porter, or any beer style where increased foam development and silky mouthfeel is desired. Rahr Malted Oats bring earthy, grainy flavours as well as palate fullness.It is high in protein, but low in colour and beta glucans, which reduces the risk of slow or stuck lauter.

Weyermann® Isaria 1924®
Isaria is an heirloom German barley variety that was first approved for commercial use in 1924, making it the oldest certified German brewing barley. The influence of Isaria on German brewing and brewers’ preference for it during the first half of the 20th century were strong reasons for Weyermann® , in its continuous search for heirloom varieties with unique sensory profiles, to bring Isaria from 1924 into the 21th century.
